What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
If I set the graphics backend to Vulkan and I start the game, I just have a black window and only hear the sound.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
NVIDIA-381 drivers with Vulkan enabled in Dolphin.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
I am using version 5.0-690e61b-dirty right from the dolphin-emu-master package from the officia PPA for Ubuntu xenial.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Intel XEON E3 1230v5
(GIGABYTE) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
KDE neon 5.9 (Based on Ubuntu xenial LTS)
nvidia-381/xenial,now 381.22-0ubuntu0~gpu16.04.2 amd64 (also tried with nvidia-375)

same problem on super mario galaxy on Vulkan. This on intel haswel on Linux, and also on nvidia 960m on Windows
