Description

When "render to main window" is enabled under the D3D11 backend, Dolphin is unable to enter exclusive fullscreen mode. Disabling this setting fixes the issue.

I can confirm you are correct, it is no longer a problem. Amazing to get an update after 6+ years to this bug topic. I just happened to catch the email notification in my junk folder before it got deleted. This topic can be closed.
