What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to start a new game or load savedata (Using vulkan) ---> Crash
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Edit: Resident evil 4 (Gamecube) crashes too when starting/loading a game.

Does it still occur on latest master? I pushed a fix for one of the Vulkan crashes earlier today.
Also, if you're using MSAA, it might be worth trying PR 5478: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/5478

Perfect. I can confirm that the problem is the Anti-aliasing when is used with Vulkan, if i disable the aliasing, none of these games crashes more. And the PR-5478 in the link you provided, solves all the problem, even if i set anti-aliasing on. So, i think this fixes all the recent "Vulkan crash" issues, like the 10411, 10427, 10429, 10429, and 10438.

Ok, after some testing, here´s the results (I´m not done with all my gamelist, but this is a few i tested)
Crash persists:
Arc rise fantasia - (vulkan + antialiasing = crash persists, can´t reach the game´s menu)
Metroid other M - (vulkan + antialiasing = crash persists, can´t reach the game´s menu)
New super mario bros wii - (vulkan = crash persists even if aliasing are off)
Trivial pursuit - (vulkan + antialiasing = crash persists, can´t reach the game´s menu)
Soul calibur 2 - (vulkan + antialiasing = crash persists but not always, i don´t know what triggers the crash, played 5 times with antialiasing and only 1 crash)
FIXED:
Luigi´s mansion - (vulkan + antialiasing = Works, fixed with PR-5478)
Dead space extraction - (vulkan + antialiasing = Works, fixed with PR-5478)
Resident evil 4 gamecube - (vulkan + antialiasing = Works, fixed with PR-5478)
Kirby´s adventure - (vulkan + antialiasing = Works, fixed with PR-5478)
Monopoly streets - (vulkan + antialiasing = Works, fixed with PR-5478)

Ok, testing done. Only one more game from my list is crashing, wii music (vulkan + antialiasing = crash persists, can´t reach the game´s menu)

I know this issue doesn't have everything fixed, but, I'd rather get a new issue that focuses on what's left than leaving this one open.
