Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

If the user selects MemoryCardA.USA.raw as slot A
and MemoryCardA.JAP.raw as slot B

the same file will be used for both slots due to the region matching https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/blob/bf2241ccd2586f7c3d7c84737b0112461b56a08b/Source/Core/Core/ConfigManager.cpp#L1054
