What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Building a debug build of 5.0-5130, opening the config tab, then exiting dolphin causes a read access violation upon exiting. m_screensaver_checkbox's value can vary during this exception.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Build 5.0-5130 debug.
- Open the config tab
- Exit Dolphin
- Observe exception

Not reproducible in QT and WX is now depreciated so this should probably get the same treatment as #10994
