Description

Testing with Dolphin 5.0-5152 Windows 10 x64, and "Render to Main Window". Same happens with full-screen mode.

This is to report two (related?) problems with the way Dolphin hides the mouse pointer.

First issue:
When emulation is running, Dolphin automatically hides the mouse pointer after a few seconds with no movement. However it only does that, if the pointer was moved after emulation started.

To demonstrate, double-click an entry in the game list to start emulation. Be careful not to move the mouse as you do that. Or use the cursor keys and Enter to start a game without touching the mouse. Notice that the mouse pointer doesn't hide. But if you move the mouse even a tiny bit, then after it's stationary for a few seconds Dolphin does hide it.

Second issue:
If the user exits emulation when the mouse pointer is hidden, Dolphin does not un-hide it properly.

To demonstrate: Start a game. Move the mouse (due to first issue above) then wait until Dolphin hides the mouse pointer. Press Esc. The "Do you want to stop the current emulation?" dialog appears, and the mouse pointer is visible again. However after you click Yes, when the game list is shown again, the mouse pointer is hidden.
