What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

"Test" button in rumble motor selection dialog box does not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Open Controllers dialog box, click "Configure", click the button to select a rumble motor, select a motor and click "Test". Button label changes to "[ waiting ]" for a few seconds then back to "Test". Controller does not vibrate. Rumble does, in fact, work in-game.

Controller used is a DualShock 4 (second revision) mapped to XInput via DS4Windows.
