https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/2730 I posted in the comments here and then realized that was kind of a dumb idea since it's like over two years old. :P This update was made with the assumption that Bongos only use A, B, X, Y, and Start. However, they also use R. This causes problems from this version of Dolphin up to the current one where after hitting R the emulator will ignore input from R for several frames, it seems.

Looks to be broken. Haven't verified your bisect but I'll assume it's correct for now.

If you change the '~0x20FFFFFF' to '0xFF7F0000', assuming you're able to build Dolphin, does that fix the issue? If you aren't able to build Dolphin, I can check this out tomorrow.

I haven't made a Dolphin build before. Maybe I'll give it a try, but if you don't hear from me just assume you should check it out. =)

Tried to build - anytime I do it stops at Frame 34 when I try to play. Sorry!
