What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Since the switch to Qt, Dolphin.exe no longer has the option to change the current SD card in the 'Paths' tab in the emulator configuration settings. Obviously, opening DolphinWx.exe solves this problem, but that is no longer the focused version. This is a feature I use quite often, and I am now accustomed to Qt and it's a bit of a nuisance that it's still only present in Wx.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Open Dolphin (Qt), open 'Configuration', navigate to the 'Paths' tab.
