Slight freezes right before hits connect on Project M (vanilla, TE, etc)

Description

On the latest version of Dolphin when playing right before hits connect the fps drops between 1-5~ and it's very irritating.

I know it's a mod but it works perfectly fine on console and works perfectly fine on older versions.

Dolphin tested: 5.0-7931
