Description
The Edit User Config and View Default Config buttons will open a new extenal text editor window every time they get hovered on while left mouse button is held down.

Correction: The behavior happens in more specific circumstances. It will still not produce this behavior if the button is in focus, the botton has to be clicked upon and the left mouse button never pressed up. That's when subsequent movements of the mouse off and on the button area will make as if it was clicked.

Reproduced with the Qt executable of 5.0-7060 (to save myself an extra download).
5.0-9455 replaced these buttons with a menu item that doesn't have that behavior, so this has been fixed.
