The Debug perspectives and profiler interested me, even though debug perspectives were broken in WX (see #10596).
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Perspectives are not planned to be ported at the moment (although implementing them would be easy if someone cared enough to do so).
Not sure about the Profiler menu but AFAIK no one uses it anymore.
