Expand the symbols feature to include the ability to add notes to memory lines and code lines.

If I find static memory addresses I want to mark and save, adding a note (short, few words) the same way symbols work would be great, including the coloring. Also, adding note for single code lines would be very helpful for tracking behavior. Optional coloring for code notes would be nice. It would probably require expanding the symbol system to include notes and figuring out where a new search pane/window should go. It could possibly hijack the symbol search code panel when a code note is being searched.
