What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The DLC for Beatles Rock Band, specifically Abbey Road, just doesn't lose when selected. It'll go to the loading screen, but will just sit there spinning with the looping Bears dialogue forever until I close the game. It seems to be a similar issue to issue 8479 which I posted in as well. Creating a new but to get fresh eyes on it for a lite guidance. For context, all the songs on disc work fine, and regular Rock Band 3 DLC works fine for me as well. I can provide the relevant DLC files for Beatles if necessary

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set up DLC files (I can provide sample files)
2. Run the game and get to the main menu.
3. It should already have gotten stuck in Rock Band 3. The game should soft lock in The Beatles Rock Band when the DLC song (marked with an arrow icon) is attempted to be played.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
