Doesn't matter as there is no such thing as a good dump for these yet.
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Launching the game with the correct settings doesn't work as Dolphin will attempt to use the NTSC BIOS which cannot read it. By loading the PAL BIOS instead, you can load the game properly, and if you have a build that doesn't crash, actually see what's going on and use it correctly.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attempt to load this disc with BIOS enabled.

Huh, that's weird. Are you sure this disc works on normal PAL hardware?
