What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
MSX Titles seems to have some kind of performance issue in Dolphin that causes graphical issues in some parts of the games (missing frames?). It is difficult to explain it without footage, so I'll link to recordings of the games running in Dolphin with an explanation below.
This shouldn't a problem with the MSX VC in a Wii, since this don't happen in an actual Wii console.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install and then run a MSX Virtual Console title.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Dolphin 5.0-8716
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Yes, Dolphin 5.0.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Intel Core i3-4160 @3.60 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4400
Windows 8.1 x64
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
Here are some recordings that I made of the three titles, but this probably happens with other MSX VC titles-
-Gradius 2 and Parodius Intro:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xok8Vu6owiA
Problems with the graphics and text can be observed in the Intro of both games, in the case of Parodius in the last part of the Intro, the last member isn't showed at all.
-Gradius 2 Intro can be compared to it running in an actual Wii console with this video:

-Yume Tairiku Adventure (Penguin Adventure):

The graphic of arrow in the shop gets stuck when moving to some items manually (but you can still select them) and the slot machine fish counter doesn't changes until you select a quantity (it should show you how many you put in there), at the end of the level the animation of Penta resting shouldn't be static and Penta isn't showed in the map in early stages in later ones it is showed but some animations aren't showed in that cases for example.
I don't have footage of this game running in a Wii at the moment, but I can confirm that the issues on this game aren't present in a real Wii console.
