What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Xbox 360 controllers don't appear as dinput devices in dolphin. This prevents you from being able to use more than 4 Xbox 360 controllers when, for example, playing 8 player Mario Kart Double Dash or 12 player Mario Kart Wii. Xbox One controllers do not have this problem when connected via bluetooth.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to Controllers > Configure > Device

I've attached screenshots comparing the detected controller devices in both dolphin and cemu. In Cemu because xbox 360 controllers are also detected as dinput devices, up to 8 can be used.
