Description

Game Name?

Animal Crossing

Game ID?

GAFE01

MD5 Hash?

7853049ccd0c1e2bffeb5b12393a5409 (confirmed with redump)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

While staying at 60FPS/VPS, the game has slight framerate stuttering and hitching (I think frame pacing is the term for this?). I've tried single core, all the backends, v-sync, and sync/async ubershaders to no effect. No other games I have shows this kind of frame pacing issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Let the intro "Press Start" screen play or do anything, it usually happens between acre transitions.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, 5.0-9861.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

Yes, it happens in 5.0. I even had this happen wayyyyyyy back in the ancient past in 4.0-4163. (Same computer, just Linux and a GTX 650 instead.)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I caught a fifolog during the stutter (I think), I hope it helps.

What are your PC specifications?

Intel Core i3-3220 @ 3.3GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 driver 419.67, Windows 10

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Attached fifolog.
