Qt/PatchesWidget: Dolphin crashes if many patches are deleted quickly

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Patches tab of the Properties window for any game.
  2. Click Add..., and then in the popup window click Add several times to create a lot of patches.
  3. Spam the Remove button and after a few patches are deleted, Dolphin will lock up and crash.
