What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The game appears to have double vision and is blurry. Looks like the screen is rippling with two images.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start the game
  2. Walk towards the mayor's house before 3pm
  3. Game gets blurry and doesn't unblur until 3:30pm (in game time)

Nvidia GTX 1060 8gb ram
Windows 10 home

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

It seems to stop rippling 3pm in game time, and only happens when I walk outside. Also the rippling stops indoors.
