When you enable Cheats for example to enable the Bloom Fix x4 (doesn't need to be enabled) images is rendered with artifacts.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Simply play the PAL version of the game with Cheats enabled. No setting or backend made a difference.

Yes, dolphin-master-5.0-10738-x64. It was working fine (regarding Cheats) in 5.0-10229.
