Description

I'd love to see some useful information pop-up during emulator boot times when I am loading my games. Such tips and information can reference a database in which users can submit tips to the Dolphin team and be approved by a moderator.

For example, instead of the user being presented a boring "Loading" screen while the emulation is starting up, the screen can flip through a slideshow of useful tips, hints, and more. Tips for Dolphin and game settings would also be welcome, rather than just tips regarding the in-game experience too.
