[Feature Request] Set Wii controllers in Netplay like GC

Description

Currently every user in a Netplay session gets a GC port but not a Wiimote port even if it's a Wii game.

Either add both GC and Wiimotes or detect Wii and set the ports for Wiimotes like for GC controllers.
