Description

Dolphin gives out text popup notifications for actions such as 'saving to memory card' and 'screenshot taken'. Could this be expanded to other functions, such as hotkeys?

The example I'll give is 'texture dumping': You can't tell if you've just toggled it on or off with a hotkey, as there's no OSD notification like 'Dump Textures ON'.
