After I update Dolphin using the Help -> Check for Updates, and the following dialogs, Dolphin will update but after the update the games list is empty.
Even clicking the Refresh button still results in the UI showing "Dolphin could not find any GameCube/Wii ISOs or WADs."
If I close the emulator and reopen it, the games list reappears.
To note, my game paths are relative paths like
....\Games\Nintendo Wii
....\Games\Nintendo GameCube
