What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Before starting playing a race sometimes the characters have speak to each other in a curscene.
Some of those cutscenes you can see through the model of a characters chin when they are talking.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start Game.
Select Single Event.
Select Eddie or Elise. (For example. Elise speaks in cutscenes for both characters)
Select Race.
Select Garibaldi.
Second Cutscene will have issue if characters speak.
