What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Saving and loading the same savestate in quick succession will cause Dolphin to freeze for a bit, then crash. This works on every game I have tested, but some games have tighter time windows than others.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If you have a keyboard like mine, pressing Shift+F1 then releasing Shift will cause the crash, because the game parses a "Shift+F1" input (a save) and an "F1" input (a load). (This is how I encountered this in the first place: the standard savestate shortcut commonly crashes Dolphin on my system) This is probably related to my wonky keyboard however, so try holding Shift and double-tapping F1. This also might be related to File I/O bottlenecks as well, so that might mean that it only appears on some systems.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes: 5.0-15999

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

The latest stable version is more than five years old and I can't even run on my PC, so I have no idea.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.30 GHz
Windows 10 Home 21H2

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

[Anything else here]

I button mashed save/load a bit and got it to crash, so I guess this is what you ran into.

Can you try if this build fixes it?

Yes, that fixes it. There was a bit of lag and stuttering, but I'm pretty sure that was just shader compilation.
