What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Running Fedora 38, Dolphin compiles successfully. However, when attempting to launch it, there is the following error:

./dolphin-emu

An error occurred.

Run Fedora 38, install necessary dependencies, compile Dolphin and run it.
