[After updating to v 5.0-19368, on 4k resolution, windows 11, the screen goes beyond the max space of the monitor, even spanning across the second monitor. This is fixed by going back to version 5.0-18498]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[In a 2 monitor setup, with windows 11, (tested with vulkan, dx11, opengl), press play on any game.
The game window will open on Monitor1. Drag the Game window to the larger monitor 2. Press alt enter to go into full screen. Instead of doing that the game will render bigger than the screen, sometimes spanning across monitors. If you press alt enter with the game window on monitor 1, the bug may or may not occur]
