Tested with error: SSBB, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart Wii (MKWii gave
only 1 FPS in menu without native resolution, 10-20 with)

It's not as bad for every game, SSBM have only about 10 FPS difference, no difference
in Zelda Wind Waker
I'd test more, however the games I'm able too boot have shrunk drastically lately,
some I'm not sure if boots at all, Metroid Prime booted in 1 out of 10 tries...

This is true, I started some games at 320x240 without native resolution checked.
Still slower than ANY resolution with native checked.

Because if you active native resolution, the quality of the game must be bad but the
speed is better than. I always play the game with native resolution checked (in
almost emulator)

Anyway it's fixed in later revisions so congratulations.
