What steps will reproduce the problem?

open dolphin emulator in steam deck game mode and the issue starts immediately

version 5.0-20347 flathub latest release

when launching dolphin emulator is causes double inputs in steam deck OS making most actions in the UI unusable without the touch screen and breaks controls for all games.
