What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.STARTING THE GAME

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should run but the only thing i see is blackscreen with 0fps and no
error messages or nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
im using the newest dolphin, 2.0 ,on windows 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

For me RE code Veronica starts perfectly...the real problems are sound (HLE) and frames limited under 30 fps.

Yea But the main issue is the game is playing and you can hear the sound of your character moving but the screen is pitch black but if you pause the game the menu shows up perfectly
