What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Animal Crossing (City Folks or Let's Go to the City (SAME))
2.Go to Library and go to upstairs
3.check the telescope
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-When you look through the telescope one looks black, but if you look,
charging around some stars. is as if something was blocking the centric view
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-Dolpin r5449 64-bit in Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
AMD Athlon X2 64 6000+
OCZ DDR800 2gb (1 slot)
HD Samsung 320gb sataII
GPU Ati Radeon HD4550 1gb ddr2 500mhz
Windows 7 Score: 5.7 (for the aero render result)
Please provide any additional information below.
-I played with the directx9 and opengl plugins and the two shows the same

this issue still happens. if you have a copy of Animal crossing, test it.

If you use wireframe you can see the stars are there, but whatever filter is being used with the telescope is just being rendered incorrectly.

Some stupid bird won't stop talking to me when I try to use the telescope.
Please provide a save which will allow me to use the telescope.

I cannot reproduce this issue with OpenGL on rd994e56b60aa0f6fc2f1da333d0b320fcfbda018.
I can see the stars just fine.
