Windows 2000 does not support IsWow64Process function, but you can use Windows 2000
XP API Wrapper Pack by OldCigarette, if you want to run Dolphin Wx on Windows 2000.

You may also need xinput1_3.dll to solve pad issues, because DirectX 9.0C will not
install it on Windows2000 by default.

I'm having similar problems with a program called ChessMaster grandmaster edition

Basically I suppose it was made for windows XP.

I obtained the API wrapper pack...... but either it doesn't work for

"the procedure entry point iswow64process could not be located in the dynamic link
library kernel32.dll"

or I'm doing something completly wrong, even though I spent a good couple hours
racking my brains on what it could be, I even went in and adjusted registry keys
manually... but i think i'm way off.

Any help from someone who knows how to use the program would be GREATLY appreciated.

currently at version 1.7. The wrapper wraps this function IsWow64Process.

Latest Dolphin SVN needs xinput9_1_0.dll from DirectX 9.0C and hid.dll from Windows
XP SP3.

Now bthprops.cpl from Windows XP SP3 is necessary for identifying Wiimote Plugin.

Dolphin requires Visual C++ 2010 redistributable package since r7129.

Considering it's Windows 2000 and DX9 support has been removed I'd suggest we resolve this as Won't Fix.
