What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play any Virtual Console game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Is expected sound to be working. Actually about 95% of virtual consoles
games I've played have no sound. I am not trying to make any game issues.
I think that a fix could make all Virtual Console games has sound since
they all share the same problem.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

No matter the revision. No sound for VC games in any of them.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?

x64

Tested with HLE and LLE. None of them have sound working.

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?

Windows 7

As you can see in the first video only one of all the game tested have
sound.
