Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Dolphin
  2. Start any game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the correct resolution. Instead it seems like it just
stretched 640x480 to fit 720p.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the problem?
r5607 and higher have the problem.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
I use 64-bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit
