i was thinking that maybe sometime in the future that dolphin developers could somehow find a way to combine both the DSP HLE/LLE plugins to make a plugin that can handle both HLE and LLE it may take some work but is it possible.

HLE and LLE is two different way of handling the sound, you can't do both at the same time...

Just like you can't walk to the left and to the right at the same time... yes I suck at making examples

Probably eventually both plugins will be merged into Dolphin and you will be able to choose between HLE and LLE DSP.
