What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Dolphin
- Load Monopoly
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This game has graphics issues all over the place. Totally unplayable.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
x64 on win 7 x64. R6222 build.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Please provide any additional information below.

This issue can be close.
Because Monopoly don't have any problems with EFB copy to ram in the latest revision.
I tested on r6473 and everythings work fine.
