What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load the iso with "Speed up Disc transfer rate" (otherwise it will freeze on the ubisoft logo)
2. you will notice the game starts and shows the FMV
3. Press the keys to skip the FMV or let it all play... once the game tries to reach the game menu, all the frames will drop to 0. Ergo black screen of the death

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game should continue to the menues and then to actual gameplay...
i tried changing the emulator to Jitil, activating the mmu and the other options, it always ends on a black screen.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.:
r6541 x64 x32

Operating system and version:
Intel(R) Core2Duo 2.53 2gb
GeForce 8400 gs 512
windows7 x64

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Tested from the iso first then the scrubbed
