"Metroid Prime 3" Dual Core problems (pluss huge random freezes)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run the iso with Dual Core Activated (Specially in d3d)
  2. play for a while (it does not always happens in the same place, sometimes it takes a lot of time for this to happen)
  3. Also I noticed that activating OpenCL REALLY makes the game to crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Problems... in D3D the game will surelly crash at some point, now on OpenGL sometimes it lets you keep playing, but it will crash eventually, If you deactivate dual core the game will work most of the times, but it will freeze time to time at random places, pluss playing it without the dual core setting it's incredibly slow...

This didn't happened to me on previous revisions of dolphin (not the latests ones, but olders)

The picture showing the warnings does not show the all the warnings i get, there are a zillion of them with different numbers

This is VERY noticiable in the "SkyTwon, Elysia" part of the game, in the room where you have to turn into a morph ball and use the phazon bombs in order to continue (this is where you will ALWAYS get this warnings with Dual core active)
