What's the problem?
In PSO series, textures became invisible when using D3D9 plugin.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r6982 and above, like r7149 and r7128

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
r6965 and below

Operating system and version:
Windows 2000 PRO SP4
(with Windows 2000 XP API Wrapper Pack, xinput1_3.dll from DirectX, hid.dll and bthprops.cpl from Windows XP SP3, modified VC++ 2010 redistributable package)

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
GPOJ8P(PSO EPISODEI&II Plus)
GPSJ8P(PSO EPISODE III)
