Does this happen in dx9 or software?

This happen using openggl and dx9 too i have an nvidia gt240 1gb ddr5 card.

What are you settings?

You are using xp right? It does not look like it, did you change the task bar and stuff? If you are not using xp try dx11.

Yes champion im using Win xp i just change the bars.

did you try software?

try EFB to RAM with and without cache and try accurate cache normal and safe(and try different combinations of these setting, but see what is the minimum, if any of these setting work

No i've tried everything but nothing seems to work,if you are one of the creators of the emu if you find or if you fix this i let you know if anything else than that goes wrong playing the game again because is an amazing game little bugs sound and that end credits bugs besides that the game runs perfect thanks to you guys.
PD:I will try in the last emu.

Hi. I know what is causing that. You see, dolphin has on by defauld a projection hack in sonic colors, however that same projection hack ONLY WORKS in some specific cases, in most cards (at least that ive tested) it makes some effects disappear (like in the end of the level, destroing the score, the tiny pieces are not visible with the hack enabled.) The solution is to disable it in the dolphin individual settings for each game (right clic). Hope this helps tracing the issue.

For Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions happens as well (all the visuals appears bugged and weird colored)
using projection hack "skies of arcadia" makes the game look perfect, but it takes away all the visuals in the menues and in activating the "spider sense mode" makes the screen go blck until you deactivate it
