This is minor, but I have a suggestion that is not only better at idiot proofing but just plain clearer.

Dolphin Graphics Configuration, General Tab. Hover over "Use Fullscreen" and it reads:
"Enable this if you want the whole screen to be used for rendering. If this is disabled, a render window will be created instead. If unsure, leave this unchecked."

It doesn't mention that this is the default behavior on launching a game, or that you can switch between them with Alt-Enter or a button press. So, I would suggestion the following.

Change the text for the checkbox to "Use Fullscreen by Default"

Description: "Enable this if you want the whole screen to be used automatically when you launch a game. If this is disabled, a render window will be used instead. The Fullscreen button and the Alt-Enter shortcut are unaffected by this setting. If unsure, leave this unchecked."

Alternate: "Enable this if you want the whole screen to be used automatically when you launch a game. If this is disabled, the game will launch in a render window instead. This setting does not effect your ability to switch from windowed to fullscreen via the Fullscreen button, or affect the Alt-Enter shortcut. If unsure, leave this unchecked."
