DECA SPORTS 2 - R2SE18 (USA)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter in game and create a save file
2.Close the game.
3.Back in dolphin press refresh. No banner appear.
4.Back in game you can't see the file you create.
What is the expected output?
Save games progress.
What do you see instead?
Save file lost.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
3.0-198.
Tried 3.0-177, same issue.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7.

On my system (Win XP 32bit) the european version of the game (R2SP18) creates the banner and saves perfectly.

I do not experience this in r1c64b1993de02405e563c5fa13d5b4cb7818c520.
This was either fixed or perhaps you had a bad dump.
