Twilight Princess - Midna's Fused Shadow form/Spirit Ganondorf shows incorrect textures/colours

Description

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii), RZDE01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be a mix of golden yellow and black on Midna's body. But it is yellow/orange in the emulated game.

Spirit Ganondorf: The colours and textures are rendered incorrectly. See pictures for details.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Doubtful and nobody noticed.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
N/A. Simply by running the game. I've tried every setting and nothing rectified the issue.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.

Used 3.0. I tested this on 3.0-631 and got the same results. I expect same results from the other revisions.

On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
N/A. The issue was clearly present when I looked at the videos on youtube.

6) Please provide any additional information below.
There are other problems in the game, but I'll post details on that one later.

Instructions are in the readme file. If you do manage to solve this problem, you can do a final test from the second file. Midna will transform again after defeating Ganon's beast form.

I put a password on the rar file. The password is twoplustwo.

I've tested issue 5283, and this one has exactly same behavior, it reacts on switching
ON/OFF Safe Texture Cache on older builds until rev 6287
