Description
- Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
Game Name: Resident Evil 4 Wii edition
GameID: RB4E08
2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using DirectX11 realized that the splash screen has flaws, and also the hair of Leon.
3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
DX9 and OpenGL runs fine only DX11 has this issue
4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.See the main menu with the title screen
2.And see the hair of Leon Ingame
3.
5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
GTX560ti with 301.42 WHQL
CPU2500K
4GB RAM
WIN 7 64
6) Please provide any additional information below.
Tried with the last 3.0 git 713 and r7483, both has the same issue with DX11

I think I fixed this with changing a setting...have you tried toggling all the gfx options and seeing if anything fixes this?

Thanks I tried again and yea, there is one settings to fix it on DX11 Turn OFF Load custom textures.
It's a shame, but the DX11 is not loading the custom textures like DX9 and OpenGL for some reason or problem.
The problem is the way that DX11 is reading/loading the custom textures, which is not the same that DX9
and OpenGL.
NeoBrain, should know why this issue is happening only with DX11, since he is the creator of this DX11.
