The Operation should start normally but instead it shows no hud and sounds and you cannot continue

It works normally on dolphin 2.0 and 3.0 and very old versions of dolphin but now happens sometimes and sometimes not for example i run the game the operation start normally and hud displayed next time i open no hud and no sound , i close dolphin and keep trying until i get it , so it works and doesnt work without changing any of the settings
4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Dolphin
2.Start The Game
3.Start The Operation
- Dolphin V3.0-714 X64 it happens on many older versions but in the very old versions it doesnt happen

It works fine under DSP LLE, but never works fine under HLE for me. Don't know how it works fine under HLE for you.

ya it works under hle for me but not all the times i open the game run the operation no hud so i keep trying until it opens so sometimes it work and sometimes not
