  1. SOULCALIBUR2, id: GRSEAF

V-sync has big frame drop and skip problem.
While skipping, game speed is so fast, maybe double.

60frame limit with V-sync has big problem.
But no problem is on 120 frame lmit with V-sync in my system,
just clear double speed no drop.

And Only 60frame limit without V-sync has no drop (but some heavy horizontal tearing causing from no sync),
and no fast(double) speed problem.

OK old version like r7483 work correctly.
(I tested this many time, now and before)
I don't know exact problem beginning revison but i guess it seems so long ago.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. With V-sync On, 60frame Limt setting.
  2. 30~35frame drops and double speed.
  3. We can see 30~35frame state but actually we can feel more lower frame and more skipping.
  1. Sorry, so many recent versions (so long time) have same problem.
    win7 64bit, dolphin64bit

    AMD 4770 12.6driver
