Description

  1. Game Name and ID Just Dance 2 PAL "SD2P41"

  2. Start the game. In menu keep the pointer inside the screen. If you move it outside the screen for more than one second, enulator will disconect Wiimote ( only real Wiimote is affected, emulated don;t disconect). Pressing Alt+F5 will connect it most of the time. Alternate timings are turned on, and settings are default.

  3. Did the game ever work correctly? (No. I tried 3.0, 3.0-767, 3.0-898, and 3.5) All are x64 builds - enable dual core, enable idle skipping, JIT, HLE and LLE audio didn't make the difference, DX9.
    Athlon 250, Vista x64, 4Gb ram, 9600gt.

Do you have this issue with other games?
Have you tried without "Alternate Wiimote Timing"?

No, just with this game. Alternate timing is on, but turning it off and on shows no effect. Other Just dance games don't have this issue, but have other ones. But in this case, easiest way to show is to play in windowed mode, and when pointer goes out of boundaries it disconect wiimote ( rarely A and B buttons are working but the pointer is lost until Alt+F5). When song starts pointer is automaticly turned off and I can play normaly, but when the song ends, I must keep pointer inside the screen.

I can't reproduce your problem, real wiimote works good for me in this game and I can keep the pointer out of the screen as much as I want (obbiously after some minutes of inactivity it gets disconnected, but that's normal behaviour) - Windows XP 32-bit r3.5-268

  • Status changed from Questionable to Invalid

Yes, Dolphin causing the wiimote to disconnect under these circumstances seems very unlikely.
