[Linux] GameCube bios only work if files are on /usr/share/games/dolphin-emu/sys/

Description

Hello, with the wii, no problem, the system menu is loaded without worries from "~/.dolphin-emu/Wii" , but with all revision of Dolphin for Linux, it's not possible to boot on the GameCube bios if i put the files on "~/dolphin-emu/GC/"

Only Work if i copy all the files on /usr/share/games/dolphin-emu/sys/ with root.
